JOB DESCRIPTION

The Branch Manager supports our business by overseeing the general operations of a branch location and achieving branch and company sales goals. The Branch Manager's primary focus is supervising all facility activities, executing standard operating procedures, and ensuring quality service is provided by all team members. The Branch Manager will play a key role in our business by mentoring, developing, and empowering direct reports. This position requires self-accountability and ownership of results, and you must be relentless in delivering positive outcomes. In addition, you will champion Unitis' company culture through strong leadership skills, empathy, and awareness.
