Description
CS Industrial pre-galvanized channels are cold roll formed to size from low-carbon strip steel. Our pre-galvanized steel is zinc coated through a hot dip process. Large coils of steel strip are fed through a continuous zinc coating machine which cleans, fluxes and then coats the steel with molten zinc. After cooling, the steel is recoiled and those coils are cold roll formed into our struts. Our pre-galvanized zinc coating conforms to a G-90 thickness designation per ASTM A653.
