The ERTEC Gr8 Guard is a high-performance, low-profile drainage inlet protection system designed specifically for grated storm drain inlets in paved areas. This patent-pending system effectively keeps sediment, debris, and trash out of the storm drain system while allowing filtered water to pass through. The design features an integrated filter and an outer berm that causes water to rise at least 1.5 inches before reaching the filter, allowing heavier particles to settle out. It includes a high-flow bypass to reduce the risk of localized flooding during extreme weather events.
