Description
The Minnich A-5 is a high-production five-gang dowel pin drill engineered for large-scale concrete paving and slab-on-grade projects. Based on the same frame and mechanical design as the A-4, this unit increases productivity by utilizing five 50 lb drills mounted horizontally to drill five holes simultaneously in a single pass. The A-5 series is available in self-propelled (SC) and wireless remote-controlled (SCW) configurations, offering contractors maximum efficiency and precision for dowel pin installation.

Power crab steering allows the operator to drive down the slab without the need to raise and lower the drill bed between holes.
Designed with the weight and strength to tow its own air compressor, reducing the number of vehicles required on the job site.
Features heavy-duty 50 lb drills capable of handling large-diameter bits and deep hole requirements.
Compatible with optional dust collection systems to meet OSHA silica dust regulations.
