The American Presto / HIT Tools H-100 Series Manual Lever Hoist is a heavy-duty lifting and pulling solution designed for demanding construction and industrial applications. This hoist features a rugged steel body construction that is both lightweight and compact, allowing for easy portability and operation in confined spaces. The exterior is finished with a durable powder coat paint to provide long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion.
The H-100 series is equipped with a high-tensile alloy steel load chain that has been heat-treated for enhanced safety, durability, and low wear. It features a shock-resistant gear case and brake cover to protect internal components from damage. The mechanical brake system is designed for safe, reliable, and trouble-free operation. Additionally, the two forged safety hooks are engineered to bend slowly in the event of an overload, providing a visual warning to the operator for increased job site safety.
Each unit is load tested to 1.5 times its rated capacity and complies with OSHA and ASME/ANSI HST-3M and B30.21 standards.
