At Unitis Contractor Supplies, we aim to keep returns simple and fair for everyone.

Stock Items

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• A proof of purchase is required
• Returns must be brought back to one of our stores

Special Order Items

• All special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Please confirm all details before placing your order

A Few Important Notes

• All returns are inspected prior to approval
• Items that are used, damaged, or not in resalable condition will not be accepted
• Unitis reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these guidelines
