The Simpson Strong-Tie THD50300HC25 Titen HD is a high-strength screw anchor engineered for cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as uncracked masonry. Designed for superior holding power with low installation torque, this anchor is ideal for structural, temporary, and removable applications such as sill plates, ledgers, post bases, seating, and holdowns. Its patented thread design efficiently transfers load to the base material for maximum holding strength, and the zinc-plated finish offers moderate corrosion resistance in dry, interior environments.
