Description

The Simpson Strong-Tie CBSQ44 is a high-capacity column base designed to provide a secure and durable connection between 4x4 posts and concrete foundations. It features a built-in 1-inch standoff that prevents wood decay by elevating the post above the concrete surface, meeting strict building code requirements. This model utilizes Strong-Drive SDS screws for a significantly faster installation compared to traditional bolting methods. Note that the CBSQ44 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and replaced by the CBSTQ series.
