The Simpson Strong-Tie Titen HD screw anchor is a high-strength, mechanically galvanized anchor designed for use in cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as uncracked masonry. It offers outstanding performance with low installation torque and no secondary setting. This anchor is ideal for a wide variety of applications including sill plates, ledgers, post bases, seating, and other holdown applications. It is also removable, making it suitable for temporary applications like bracing and formwork, or when fixtures need to be relocated.
