Description

Simpson Strong-Tie CIP-F is a flexible, peelable and fast-curing polyurea paste-over material. It is used to temporarily seal cracks and to secure injection ports over concrete prior to epoxy or urethane foam injection repair. CIP-F can be peeled off at the completion of a crack injection job by pulling on starter tabs placed under the lead edge surface at the time of application or by prying under the paste-over.
  • 1:1 two component, high solids, epoxy amine based adhesive
  • Non-sag paste consistency for horizontal, vertical or overhead applications
  • Fast cure times for shorter times between paste-over and injection
  • Remains flexible after cure for easier removal
  • Moderate substrate bond; peels away for removal
  • Gel time - 4 minutes at 72F (22C), 9 minutes at 40F (4C)
