Description

The Simpson Strong-Tie Titen HD is a high-strength screw anchor designed for use in cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as uncracked masonry. Its proprietary heat treatment and mechanically galvanized coating make it suitable for a variety of applications, including sill plates, ledgers, and post bases. The anchor features a thread design that undercuts the base material for efficient load transfer and serrated teeth on the tip to reduce installation torque. It is also easily removable, making it ideal for temporary applications like bracing or formwork.
