Description

CERA-ROD is a non-gassing, heat-resistant, closed-cell backer rod made from cross-linked polyethylene, designed for use in concrete and asphalt joints or large cracks. It helps form a proper sealant reservoir by controlling joint depth, preventing sealant run-out, and reducing waste.
  • Non-gassing and heat-resistant up to 410F (210C)
  • Closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene construction
  • Acts as bond breaker to prevent three-sided adhesion
  • Compatible with all W.R. MEADOWS hot-applied joint sealants
  • Available in multiple sizes for various joint widths
